Energy savings can reach 40 to 60%, and peak current can be reduced by 50 to 80% with reduced mechanical wear.

The energy feedback system in the braking process and the energy feedback network in downward operations also save energy. Under light loads, the voltage output by the automatic adjustment of the frequency changer increases power factor energy saving.

Intelligence

Advanced microprocessor control systems communicate with centralized control systems and fully control the safety switches of each key part of the escalator, continuously monitoring and protecting the operational status of the entire apparatus. Safety is fully under control at every second. The microprocessor-controlled automatic lubrication system includes regular, fully automatic lubrication and guarantees that escalator chain roller wheels run quietly and with little vibration.
