Perfect overlap of machine room area and shaft area

The usage of compact gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine and the single-sided control cabinet reduces the area of the machine room to 1/2 of the traditional machine room. The machine room seamlessly connects and perfectly overlaps with the shaft, forming a smooth elevator channel, with both space saving and aesthetic feeling.

The 32-bit microcomputer control system adopts modular control of the full computer, featuring high integration, fast running speed and high control precision. The signal processing is independent from each other, effectively avoiding busy communication, frequent faults, etc.
The 32-bit microcomputer-controlled all-digital permanent magnet synchronous door operator uses large-density detection beam, and has electromagnetic compatibility and anti-interference ability to protect passengers’ safety.
The Network intelligent transmission system with more simplified wiring can maximally avoid the failure of a certain link from affecting the entire control system.

PROFESSIONAL LAYOUT, REDUCING THE MAINTENANCE DIFFICULTY IN ADVANCE

The single-sided design is specially applied to control cabinet, which is mounted next to the top landing door, at a minimum distance with the motor installed between the top lift car in the shaft and the shaft wall, for the sake of convenient follow-up inspection and maintenance.

ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGY BASED ELEVATOR

Green drive

The traction machine adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor, effectively saving energy by 20%-30%. The gearless structure frees lubrication system and avoids the oil leakage of the motor for good.

Energy-saving transportation

Variable-frequency operation mode enables intelligent adjustment of exciting current according to the load condition of the motor, so as to minimize the stator current and reduce the copper loss of the motor, thus saving the energy.

Intelligent diversion

The group control management system effectuates efficient, dynamic and intelligent management and control of every 3 and more elevators, facilitates reasonable distribution of passenger flow, and reduces waiting and transportation time, thus achieving the maximum efficiency of elevator service.
